Trauma-Informed Wellness Coaching
Specialized Support for Complex Life Experiences

True healing happens when you feel safe enough to come home to yourself. My trauma-informed wellness coaching is a holistic approach that honors your life experiences and the wisdom your body carries in oder to bring you home. Together, we meet in a nurturing space where healing unfolds with compassion, curiosity, and presence. I take a transformative approach to counseling, prioritizing deep, long term change over superficial fixes. My focus is on uncovering the root causes of stress, burnout, and emotional discomfort. By addressing underlying patterns, beliefs, behaviors, and historic relationships, we can uncover what are the sources of stress and discomfort and work through them. The aim is not just to improve your well being, but to support you in making sustainable changes that enhance your overall approach to life.

Healing from trauma is not linear, and there is no timeline you need to follow. It is a deeply personal journey of moving forward, pausing, growing, and beginning again, often many times over and we move slowly, carefully, consciously, and aware. We can work together to create a life in which you thrive, not just survive.

About Me

Rigorous academic training and research. Frontline professional work. Lived Experience.

I am a trauma informed wellness coach working with a rare combination of academic scholarship and practical experience. With a PhD and years of specialized work in gender-based violence, trauma, and sex work, I bring both academic expertise and practical experience to coaching. As a sociologist with decades of research behind me focused on sex industries and gender-based violence, I understand not only the psychology of healing, but also the social contexts that shape trauma, resilience, identity, and empowerment. Further, I have fulfilled various capacities within social services roles and gained extensive experience and training working with high risk and at risk groups. My approach is trauma-informed, strengths-based, research supported, and client led. I always aim to create a confidential and safe space where you get to set the pace of disclosures and goals. Using trauma-informed principles, body-based (somatic) practices, and evidence-informed mindset coaching, I help clients navigate life transitions, strengthen emotional resilience, and reconnect with themselves in a supportive, nonjudgmental environment.

Who I work with

I am blessed to work with people from all walks of life while offering specialization in trauma-informed wellness coaching for adults from communities that are often misunderstood, marginalized, and/or underserved. My work includes supporting people with lived experience in the adult industry, survivors of human trafficking, and survivors of gender-based violence, including but not limited to: domestic and intimate partner violence, sexual assault and abuse, childhood abuse, coercive control, stalking, relationship violence, revenge porn, online abuse, and/or the targeting people because of their gender, gender identity, or sexual orientation

While I have specialized experience supporting adult industry workers, survivors of human trafficking, survivors of gender-based violence, and other marginalized communities, my practice is open to everyone. Whether you're navigating trauma, chronic stress, burnout, life transitions, or simply seeking greater balance and well-being, you are welcome here. I also welcome individuals from other stigmatized populations who are seeking a safe, affirming space to heal, reconnect with themselves, and move forward on their own terms. Everyone's journey is different, and there is no "right" way to heal. My role is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can explore what wellness means for you, reconnect with your inner strengths, and move forward at a pace that feels safe and sustainable. Wherever you are in your journey, and whatever your background, you are welcome here.
