Services and Info

I offer a range of personalized coaching services and packages, thoughtfully designed to meet you where you are and support you on your journey towards greater wellbeing, self-connection, and the life you truly desire.

How sessions are structured varies greatly according to each client’s circumstances, experiences, needs, and goals. Very generally, sessions may include conversations around health and wellbeing, gentle somatic practices and movement, and space to talk openly and reflect in a supportive, non-judgemental environment. We work at a pace that feels safe for you, with an emphasis on safety, choice, and building a greater sense of connection with yourself, your body, and your needs.

The Introduction call is our first step together; it is a chance for us to connect, get a feel for each other’s energy, and gently explore where you are now, where you feel called to go, and whether working together feels like the right fit for your journey.

Single Sessions are one off sessions which are often good for those who need an intensive ‘vent, plan and repair’. They are also a good starting point for those who want to give coaching a try before committing to a longer plan. These are also beneficial to clients who want a refresher after completing longer plans.

Plans

Generally plans are encouraged strongly for coaching because healing is a journey that takes time, patience, and consistency; especially where trauma is involved. Committing to a longer coaching journey allows us the space to gently work through what’s underneath and give meaningful evolution the time it needs to take place.

Wellness, But Make It Actually Inclusive.

A lot of “wellness” comes with a pretty narrow idea of who gets to be healthy, whole, desirable, productive, spiritual, successful, or “healed.” You don’t have to shrink, mask, assimilate, or fit yourself into someone else’s definition of “healthy” to work with me. We are not aiming for ‘Instagram wellness’ and we’re not going to pretend that a green smoothie and a 5 a.m. morning routine can solve everything.

If you’re someone who has felt judged, excluded, pathologized, stigmatized, or pressured to fit into conventional wellness spaces, this space is for you.

You don’t need to be quieter, smaller, calmer, more productive, more traditionally partnered, more neurotypical, more able-bodied, more masculine/feminine, more spiritual, less political or more anything to deserve affirming care and support. My trauma-informed, evidence-based coaching provides a judgment-free, identity-affirming space where you can define wellness on your own terms.

Drawing on decades of experience working with marginalized, at-risk, and high-risk communities, I bring a deep understanding of the social, cultural, and systemic factors that shape our relationship with health and well-being.

In addition to trauma informed and evidence based, I’m committed to creating a practice that is:

🏳️‍🌈 LGBTQIA+ member, affirming, and inclusive
⚧️ Gender-affirming
✊🏽 Racially aware, culturally responsive & committed to racial literacy
♀️ Feminist & grounded in feminist theory, intersectionality, & bodily autonomy
🔥 Kink-aware & sex-positive
🧠 Neurodivergent-affirming
♿ Disability-aware & accessibility-conscious
💜 Affirming of alternative, consensual & non-traditional relationships
🕯️ Respectful of all religious, spiritual, secular practices and beliefs
🥄💊 Chronic illness / chronic pain aware

Your body. Your identity. Your relationships. Your beliefs. Your life. Your definition of well.

Come as you are. Bring your whole, beautifully complicated self. There’s no performance required or desired here.

I know that wellness isn’t just about individual choices as systems, culture, money, access, trauma, identity, community, relationships, bodies, and environments matter. You bring your lived experience; I bring curiosity, compassion, and the skills to support meaningful change without shame or judgement. Together, we co-create a space where you can feel safe enough to get curious, reconnect with yourself, and challenge the internalized messages and systems that have disconnected you from your own needs, thus building a vision of wellness that genuinely fits your life.

Spirituality, Ritual, & Your Healing Journey

On my own healing journey, integrating spirituality, spiritual practice, and ritual into my healing work became one of the crucial pieces that had been missing after decades of conventional therapy that ultimately didn’t meet my needs. I eventually found a life coach who was able to embrace, encourage, and support a part of me that I had always carried, but had often suppressed. After all, I was an academic, someone deeply guided by intellect, research, facts, data, and literature. There hadn’t been much room for my long-held and tucked-away spirituality, my need for spiritual connection and ritual, or my desire to relate to the world in ways that extended beyond what could be studied or measured. For the first time, I felt safe enough to make space for that part of myself. I quietly began exploring and embracing my spirituality, and in doing so, found a deeper and more expansive dimension to my healing. I needed someone I could trust enough to be vulnerable with and who could hold space for me as I explored this part of myself. Fortunately, I found that person. Trauma can disconnect us from parts of who we are. For me, spirituality was one of those parts. Rediscovering it changed the trajectory and depth of my healing and allowed me to reconnect with an authentic part of myself that had been waiting to be acknowledged. I eventually found my way into my own evolving blend of Buddhism, Neopaganism, and Goddess Revival traditions.

Spirituality That Belongs to You

I believe spirituality can be a meaningful, deeply personal part of healing and that it looks different for everyone. If spirituality, religion, ritual, nature, meaning-making, or a sense of connection is important to you, there is space for that here. I am happy to thoughtfully integrate your beliefs, practices, and spiritual expression into your coaching process when and if you want them to be part of your journey.

I welcome and support people from religious, spiritual, secular, agnostic, atheist, and non-religious backgrounds. You do not need to subscribe to a particular belief system, practice spirituality in a particular way, or have your beliefs neatly defined. Instead let’s create a respectful, curious, and judgment-free space where you can explore what spirituality, meaning, connection, and healing mean to you and, when appropriate, how those things might uncover your authentic self.
